I asked for a shorter pile height and they responded immediately and said the customization was so problem and no additional cost. It also arrived much faster than I expected. The light fixture is very nice and well made. I had to have an electrician do a few modifications as it was not really set up for my electrical but it worked out great. Everyone that sees it comments on how attractive it is and they love the workmanship.

Customer service is really great and responsive. The only resin I did not give 5 stars is that the rug itself is not completely rectangular. The wool seems to be too tight on edges. It’s really cushy and fluffy so we like that.

During the first few days, you need to let it settle and give it a deep clean, and although it still sheds a bit of fluff now, it’s obviously normal due to the type of materials it’s made of. Overall, I would buy here again. The shipping was very fast, and the whole process was very easy and problem-free. I would highly recommend this store. ESP: ¡Me encanta esta alfombra! Aunque sí que es verdad que en la web parecía más vívida, con los colores más fuertes, una vez la he puesto en mi salón me ha acabado gustando igualmente. Bonjour! Le tapis est superbe. La qualité et le confort incroyable. Mais... la couleur n'est pas comme sur l'image. La couleur saumon/orange prend trop de place par rapport au orange brûlé /ocre qui devait prendre la majorité de la surface. Jai ete assez decu en voyant ca mais... je l'aime beaucoup quand meme. Jaimerais qu'on m'explique les raison de cette difference assez majeure... Bonne journée!

I've wanted one of these brass light globes for a long time. I finally had the right spot for it. Then came the painstaking task of selecting one of these beauties. I am very happy with my choice. I purchased brass, 17 inches. The packing was excellent. The shipping was very fast. You have to be realistic when purchasing something from outside the US - even if shipped promptly, shipping can take a while. I was lucky this time. With all that I LOVE it.

I ordered these shades in copper to go over our kitchen island, but when they arrived, they were actually all copper (the colour I chose for the insides of the shades). Contacted seller, who offered replacement shades once I explained the confusion, but rather than the hassle of sending back, we agreed on a generous discount and we kept the copper ones, which look gorgeous in our kitchen. This was just a genuine misunderstanding which was dealt with well.
