Shipping & Returns


TRACK MY ORDER

When shipping your order, we will send a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted.

If you have a registered account with Bohemia Marrakech, you may check the status of your order online. Visit My Account, sign in to your account and click the “Orders” tab.

Your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

An estimated shipping time for your order will be available to view on the checkout page before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery times are subject to acceptance of your order and will be calculated from the date on which your order is placed, unless otherwise specified.

Different terms and conditions may apply for different shipping destinations. For some destinations (for example, Asia), confirmation of shipping fees will be provided after placing the order, with instructions sent by email before dispatch.

If a shipping cost promotion is available, the reduced shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

If you have a pre-ordered, personalized, or custom-made item, delivery times may be longer than stated. Please refer to checkout for estimated delivery times.

Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

We are only able to deliver to the shipping address provided on your order. Changes are not permitted once your order has been shipped.

Please select your preferred shipping destination for shipping options, delivery times, shipping costs, and all other information. The applicable Terms & Conditions will depend on the shipping destination selected.

Bohemia Marrakech partners with selected international couriers to deliver to several countries worldwide. We currently ship to the following destinations:

International shipping rates vary depending on country. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. To view the shipping cost for your order, simply add items to your basket and select your shipping destination from the drop-down menu.


RETURN POLICY

If you need to return or exchange an item, please find details below.


1 – RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

To request a return, please email our customer service at:

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving your return authorization, carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all original labels. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receipt of return instructions.

For U.S. customers

You will receive the return address with the return confirmation email.
Once the item has shipped, you must send us the tracking number.

For international customers

We currently accept returns from the UK and Australia.
Returns from other countries are not possible due to customs regulations.

We recommend using our return service to benefit from preferential shipping rates, avoid additional charges, and receive your refund or exchange more quickly.
Please contact contact@bohemiamarrakech.com to receive a shipping fee estimate and prepaid return label (if available).

You may also return the item using a carrier of your choice. The return address will be provided in the confirmation email.
Once shipped, you must send us the tracking number.

Please note

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received at our warehouse

  • Items must be returned in original or equivalent protective packaging

  • We do not accept items damaged due to improper packaging

  • Returns without an RMA number will be refused


2 – REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund.

If a prepaid return label was provided, return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount (fees will be communicated in advance).

Please allow 7–10 business days for inspection and processing, or for exchange items to be shipped.

Refunds will be issued less shipping fees (if applicable) and a 20% processing fee, which covers quality control, restocking, and handling.

Please note

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method

  • Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued in the original purchase currency; exchange rate variations may apply

  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for free returns. Any approved return must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

During Sale Periods

If a returned item was part of an order that qualified for a minimum-spend discount, remaining items may no longer qualify for the discount.


3 – PURCHASES THAT CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED

  • Products made to custom specifications (such as custom-made rugs or special orders) are not eligible for return.
    Custom-made rugs enter production shortly after purchase and cannot be canceled or returned once weaving has begun.

  • Only in-stock, unmodified products may be returned, depending on your delivery address. Please refer to the RETURN PROCESS section under “International Customers” for return eligibility details.

  • Products that have been used.

  • Products that have been altered, modified, or washed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

In certain circumstances, orders may be canceled within 24 hours before dispatch.
Please contact contact@bohemiamarrakech.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to:

  • Combine orders

  • Change sizes

  • Edit billing or shipping details

  • Add items to an existing order

If cancellation is not possible, the order will be processed and a shipping confirmation email will be sent once dispatched.

This Returns & Cancellations Policy does not affect your statutory rights.
