Shipping & Returns
TRACK MY ORDER
Once your order is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
If you have a registered account with Bohemia Marrakech, you may track your order by logging into My Account and selecting the “Orders” tab.
Please note that order status updates may take up to one hour after the order is placed.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS, COSTS & DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are calculated from the order date unless otherwise specified.

For certain destinations (for example, Asia), shipping fees may be confirmed after checkout. In such cases, you will receive an email with final shipping instructions prior to dispatch.
If a shipping promotion is active, the discounted shipping rate will appear at checkout.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
For pre-ordered, personalized, or custom-made items, production times apply and delivery may take longer than standard shipping estimates. Please always refer to checkout for the most accurate timeline.
All orders require a signature upon delivery.
We ship exclusively to the address provided at checkout. Address changes are not permitted once an order has been dispatched.

IMPORTANT PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS
Handmade & Natural Color Variations
All rugs are 100% handmade using natural wool fibers.
As a result, minor variations in color, texture, weave, and pattern are normal and expected.

Color appearance may vary depending on lighting conditions, viewing angle, room environment, screen settings, pile direction, or viewing the underside of the rug.

Dark wool tones (including black) may appear charcoal, brown-gray, or softer shades under different lighting conditions.

Product photos are taken in professional lighting; actual colors may appear different in real-life home settings.

These natural variations are not considered defects and do not qualify as “not as described” claims.
Important:
Returns or refunds based on subjective color perception, lighting differences, or room compatibility are not accepted.

1 – RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, customers must submit the return request officially through their order page.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be issued before sending any item back.
Items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.

Returns are currently accepted only from the UK and Australia

Returns from other countries are not possible due to customs regulations
We recommend using our return service when available to avoid delays or additional charges.
Important Notes
1- You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges. Shipping fees may vary according to your location, the size of your package and the shipping company.
2- Returns remain at the customer’s responsibility until it arrives to our warehouses.
3- All items must be repackaged and returned in original packing material or equivalent packing materials.
4- We will not accept merchandise that has been soiled or damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.
5- Any return without a return authorization will be refused.
2 – REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
After inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

A 20% processing fee applies to all approved returns

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Currency exchange differences may apply
If a prepaid return label was provided, its cost will be deducted from the refund.
3 – NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom-made or made-to-order rugs

Rugs already placed, used, or installed

Items that have been altered, washed, or damaged

Color or size preference issues related to handmade characteristics
Once production begins, custom rugs cannot be canceled.
4 – DEFECTS & DAMAGES
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately:

Vintage rugs may show natural imperfections, which are not considered defects.
5 – SALE PERIODS
If an order qualified for a minimum-spend promotion, returning an item may invalidate the discount on remaining items.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours before dispatch, subject to production status.
Once an order is placed, we cannot:

Change sizes

Edit shipping or billing details

Add items
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
