At Bohemia Marrakech, every rug is handcrafted by Berber artisans in Morocco.
We want you to feel confident when purchasing from our store.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Easy Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return request, please contact our support team:

Our team will provide you with the return instructions and return authorization.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• The rug must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging
• A Return Authorization (RMA) must be issued before sending the item back
Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping costs vary depending on:
• Destination country
• Size and weight of the rug
• Shipping carrier
We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• A restocking fee may apply for approved returns
• Currency exchange differences may apply
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom or made-to-order rugs
• Personalized items
• Rugs that have been used, installed, or altered
Handmade Product Notice
All rugs are 100% handmade using natural wool.
Small variations in color, weave, or size are normal characteristics of handmade rugs and not considered defects.
Lighting conditions and screen settings may affect how colors appear.
Damaged Items
If your rug arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
