Track My Order

When your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number to confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched.

If you have a registered account with Bohemia Marrakech, you can easily check the status of your order:
Go to My Account, sign in, and click the “Orders” tab.

Please note that your order status may take up to one hour to update after your order has been placed.


Shipping Destinations, Costs, and Delivery Times

An estimated delivery time for your order will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Delivery times depend on the item type and destination and are calculated from the date the order is placed unless otherwise stated.

Different terms may apply for different countries. For some destinations (such as Asia), final shipping fees may be confirmed after placing the order, with instructions sent by email before dispatch.

If a shipping promotion is available, you’ll see the reduced or free shipping offer directly at checkout.

  • In-stock rugs: Dispatched within 1–3 business days, delivered in 10–18 days.

  • Custom-made rugs: Handwoven with love in 4–8 weeks, then shipped express.

Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.
We can only ship to the address provided at checkout — changes are not possible once your order has been shipped.

Free Worldwide Shipping – All rugs are shipped directly from our artisan cooperative in Marrakech, Morocco, via DHL Express or FedEx for safe and fast delivery.

We currently ship to:
Andorra, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States.

If your country isn’t listed, please contact us at support@bohemiamarrakech.com — we may still be able to deliver to you.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.


Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase — we hope your new rug fills your home with warmth and soul.

However, if for any reason you’d like to return or exchange your rug, we’re happy to help. Please review our policy below.


1 – Return Process

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email our support team at returns@bohemiamarrakech.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Once you receive approval, carefully repack the item in its original packaging with all original labels. Returns must be shipped within 7 days after receiving return instructions.

📦 For U.S. customers:
You’ll receive the return address with your confirmation email.
Please send us the tracking number once your item has shipped.

🌍 For international customers:
We currently accept returns from the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia.
Returns from other countries may be restricted due to customs regulations.

To simplify your return, we recommend using our return service — this ensures you benefit from our discounted rates, faster processing, and no hidden customs fees.
To request a prepaid shipping label and cost estimate, please contact returns@bohemiamarrakech.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


⚠️ Please Note:

  • Returns remain your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  • We cannot accept items that are used, damaged, or improperly packed.

  • Unauthorized returns (without an RMA number) will be refused.


2 – Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If you used a prepaid return label, the shipping cost and a processing fee (20%) will be deducted from your refund.

These fees help cover quality control, relabeling, and restocking processes.

Refunds are processed in the original currency of purchase. Exchange rate differences may apply.

During sale periods, if you return part of an order that qualified for a minimum purchase discount, the remaining items may lose their discount eligibility.


3 – Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-made rugs or personalized orders

  • Sale items or special promotions

  • Used or washed rugs

Each of our rugs is handwoven and unique; minor variations in color or size are natural and not considered defects.


4 – Damaged or Defective Rugs

If your rug arrives damaged, please contact aftersales@bohemiamarrakech.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or a prepaid return label.


5 – Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, weaving begins, and we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
