Each rug is carefully packed by hand and shipped with full tracking.
You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

🕐 Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Rugs

  • Dispatched within 1–3 business days

  • Delivered worldwide in approximately 10–18 days

Custom-Made Rugs

  • Handwoven to order by Moroccan artisans

  • Production time: 4–8 weeks for standard sizes

  • Large or oversized custom rugs: 8–12 weeks, depending on size and design

  • Once completed, rugs are shipped via express courier

  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on destination and customs clearance

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt for security
