Absolutely stunning, beautiful designs and colors that complement each other…. Rug needed to be covered with clear plastic to prevent cats from clawing at the rug.

I asked for a shorter pile height and they responded immediately and said the customization was so problem and no additional cost. It also arrived much faster than I expected. The light fixture is very nice and well made. I had to have an electrician do a few modifications as it was not really set up for my electrical but it worked out great. Everyone that sees it comments on how attractive it is and they love the workmanship.

Customer service is really great and responsive. The only resin I did not give 5 stars is that the rug itself is not completely rectangular. The wool seems to be too tight on edges. It’s really cushy and fluffy so we like that.

ENG: I absolutely love this rug! Although it’s true that it looked more vibrant on the website, with stronger colors, once I placed it in my living room I ended up liking it just the same. During the first few days, you need to let it settle and give it a deep clean, and although it still sheds a bit of fluff now, it’s obviously normal due to the type of materials it’s made of. Overall, I would buy here again. The shipping was very fast, and the whole process was very easy and problem-free. I would highly recommend this store. ESP: ¡Me encanta esta alfombra! Aunque sí que es verdad que en la web parecía más vívida, con los colores más fuertes, una vez la he puesto en mi salón me ha acabado gustando igualmente. Los primeros días hay que dejarla reposar y limpiar profundamente, y aunque a día de hoy sigue soltando alguna que otra pelusa, es evidentemente normal por el tipo de materiales con los que está hecha. Bonjour! Le tapis est superbe. La qualité et le confort incroyable. Mais... la couleur n'est pas comme sur l'image. La couleur saumon/orange prend trop de place par rapport au orange brûlé /ocre qui devait prendre la majorité de la surface. Jai ete assez decu en voyant ca mais... je l'aime beaucoup quand meme. Jaimerais qu'on m'explique les raison de cette difference assez majeure... Bonne journée!
