Entretien de base :
Suivez l'étiquette : Suivez toujours les instructions d'entretien spécifiques figurant sur l'étiquette de votre tapis.
Tournez régulièrement : Tournez votre tapis tous les 3 à 6 mois pour éviter l'usure inégale.
Passez l'aspirateur délicatement : Passez légèrement l'aspirateur une à deux fois par semaine au réglage le plus doux. Évitez les aspirateurs puissants, car ils peuvent arracher les fibres de la base du tapis. Passez occasionnellement l'aspirateur sur la base également pour la garder fraîche.
Traitez les taches avec soin : Tamponnez immédiatement toute tache avec une serviette en papier ou un chiffon incolore – évitez d'essuyer ou de frotter. Pour un nettoyage localisé, utilisez une petite quantité de détergent doux avec de l'eau tiède.
Traitement des taches :
Agissez rapidement sur les déversements de liquides : Tamponnez avec des serviettes en papier pour absorber le plus possible, puis nettoyez avec un shampoing doux.
Nettoyage professionnel : Pour les taches tenaces ou en cas de doute, un nettoyage à sec professionnel est recommandé pour de meilleurs résultats.

We love this rug so much! Thr colors are gorgeous! The rug is so soft and cozy! I asked for a shorter pile height and they responded immediately and said the customization was so problem and no additional cost. It also arrived much faster than I expected.
I’m so happy we decided to purchase this rug.
The light fixture is very nice and well made. I had to have an electrician do a few modifications as it was not really set up for my electrical but it worked out great. Everyone that sees it comments on how attractive it is and they love the workmanship.
Customer service is really great and responsive. The only resin I did not give 5 stars is that the rug itself is not completely rectangular. The wool seems to be too tight on edges. It’s really cushy and fluffy so we like that.

During the first few days, you need to let it settle and give it a deep clean, and although it still sheds a bit of fluff now, it’s obviously normal due to the type of materials it’s made of. Overall, I would buy here again. The shipping was very fast, and the whole process was very easy and problem-free. I would highly recommend this store.

Los primeros días hay que dejarla reposar y limpiar profundamente, y aunque a día de hoy sigue soltando alguna que otra pelusa, es evidentemente normal por el tipo de materiales con los que está hecha. I feel truly privileged to have a handmade rug like this in my home. Knowing that it was created by artisans in Marrakech makes it much more meaningful than an ordinary machine-made piece.
The wool is thick, soft and wonderfully warm underfoot, and the natural ivory tone fits beautifully with wooden floors and calm, neutral interiors. I especially appreciate the subtle variations in the texture, which give the rug a natural character and show the beauty of real handmade craftsmanship.
After unrolling, the rug just needed a little time to relax and settle, which is completely normal for a handmade wool rug. Once it did, it looked beautiful and full of life.

Bonjour! Le tapis est superbe. La qualité et le confort incroyable. Mais... la couleur n'est pas comme sur l'image. La couleur saumon/orange prend trop de place par rapport au orange brûlé /ocre qui devait prendre la majorité de la surface. Jai ete assez decu en voyant ca mais... je l'aime beaucoup quand meme. Jaimerais qu'on m'explique les raison de cette difference assez majeure...
