We love the hall pendant light we ordered. The workmanship of the lamp is perfect. Our electrician installed and was impressed. I will say it was extremely well packaged for transport. However the light bulb provided didnāt work, so we just put a regular light bulb and the light works great.

I asked for a shorter pile height and they responded immediately and said the customization was so problem and no additional cost. It also arrived much faster than I expected. The light fixture is very nice and well made. I had to have an electrician do a few modifications as it was not really set up for my electrical but it worked out great. Everyone that sees it comments on how attractive it is and they love the workmanship.

Customer service is really great and responsive. The only resin I did not give 5 stars is that the rug itself is not completely rectangular. The wool seems to be too tight on edges. Itās really cushy and fluffy so we like that.
