Absolutely stunning, beautiful designs and colors that complement each otherā¦. Rug needed to be covered with clear plastic to prevent cats from clawing at the rug.

We love this rug so much! Thr colors are gorgeous! The rug is so soft and cozy! I asked for a shorter pile height and they responded immediately and said the customization was so problem and no additional cost. It also arrived much faster than I expected. The light fixture is very nice and well made. I had to have an electrician do a few modifications as it was not really set up for my electrical but it worked out great. Everyone that sees it comments on how attractive it is and they love the workmanship.

Customer service is really great and responsive. The only resin I did not give 5 stars is that the rug itself is not completely rectangular. The wool seems to be too tight on edges. Itās really cushy and fluffy so we like that.

During the first few days, you need to let it settle and give it a deep clean, and although it still sheds a bit of fluff now, itās obviously normal due to the type of materials itās made of. Bonjour! Le tapis est superbe. La qualitƩ et le confort incroyable. Mais... la couleur n'est pas comme sur l'image. La couleur saumon/orange prend trop de place par rapport au orange brƻlƩ /ocre qui devait prendre la majoritƩ de la surface. Jai ete assez decu en voyant ca mais... je l'aime beaucoup quand meme. Jaimerais qu'on m'explique les raison de cette difference assez majeure... Bonne journƩe!
